Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?

Paul J. Francoeur: Hi, this is Paul Francoeur. I used JustAnswer recently for a technology issue. They were fantastic. I bought the LG Xboom speakers from Costco and I was having trouble getting both of them to sync and work simultaneously. And Anthony worked with me and got me going and he did a great job. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend JustAnswer to anybody.

What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?

Paul J. Francoeur: The thing I found most compelling about JustAnswer was their follow-up because even though initially, I was frustrated, I got good advice. But then when I introduced the fact that there's an app that goes with the speaker system for Xboom by LG, then that added a component for them to help me solve the problem. Like I said, Anthony was fantastic. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?

Paul J. Francoeur: Yeah, one of the thing about JustAnswer they were relentless as far as follow-up. So initially I wasn't completely satisfied, but they stayed after me, they kept giving me new featured advice and they kept, you know, taking a step further, giving me detailed explanations on what to do. It was clear, concise and like I said, I highly recommend them to anybody. I was introduced to them by the LG Electronics Group and, I think it was worth every penny that I spent and I would highly recommend them to anyone. And I think they did a fantastic job, totally satisfied.

What did it feel like to have your question answered by a JustAnswer Expert? (ie. relief, piece of mind, empowerment)

Paul J. Francoeur: Yeah, I have complete peace of mind. With JustAnswer Anthony was my representative. And again, I constantly got feedback, emails, adding one more component to solving the problem. When I explained that what wasn't working - so relief, peace of mind and empowerment to get the job done. And like I said, I can't say enough good things about the folks there specifically Anthony who was on top of it.

What would you say to a friend if you were describing JustAnswer?

Paul J. Francoeur: Well, one of the things I would definitely do as far as recommending it to a friend, my description would be pretty simple, relentless follow-up, making sure that I had the problem resolved and then staying in touch to resolute it. And when I gave feedback that I had hit the mother lode and things were working great, I gave them tremendous feedback.
