Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?
Natalie Betsko: Hi. My name is Natalie. I called in late on a Saturday night to JustAnswer, looking for a veterinarian's help, with a puppy that we have recently rescued.
What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?
Natalie Betsko: I chose JustAnswer because it was pretty late on a weekend night and we needed help right away. I was excited that there would be somebody available to call me, in a very short period of time which they did.
How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?
Natalie Betsko: A veterinarian called us back within minutes. And we needed help right away. Our puppy had fainted and we needed some immediate steps to take. He, the veterinarian was so patient and wonderful, asked us questions, discussed with us back and forth some possibilities. He went through everything that we did during the day to see if there was anything that was different. I was very pleased at how patient and understanding and all of the questions that he asked.
What did it feel like to have your question answered by a JustAnswer Expert? (ie. relief, piece of mind, empowerment)
Natalie Betsko: We were so relieved to be able to talk to an Expert that took us through the steps of what we needed to do next. Because of his thoroughness, we were able to pinpoint exactly what happened with our pup and take the next steps to make sure that she was safe.

Natalie Betsko: This was the first time that I've used JustAnswer and I will definitely go back to this service again if I ever need it. I was, again, I was really pleased with the speed in which they called us back, the thoroughness of the Expert.
