Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?

Michelle Grande: My name is Michelle Grande and I found JustAnswer.com online when I had a dog that was really sick with diarrhea and vomiting. And I couldn't get into a veterinarian anywhere. I was terrified. So I looked up what to do. The vomiting stopped, but she still had some diarrhea, but she was drinking, which was great. So I looked up what to do for a dog that was sick and I got JustAnswer.com, ask one of our veterinarians and I was very excited about that because the veterinarian got right back to me immediately.

What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?

Michelle Grande: What was compelling about JustAnswer that made me choose it, was, I could finally get a hold of somebody because all the veterinarians were just so booked up and nobody, you know, the only open one was the nearest major city to me, which was almost an hour away with or, an ER, which I could have taken my dog to. But I wanted to know if there's something I could do immediately, which there was, there was over, over the counter Imodium, which really saved my dog. So I was excited to say that the veterinarian got right back to me, which was wonderful. His expertise was fantastic and it really saved my dog.

How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?

Michelle Grande: Within a few minutes, I was introduced to Doc Paul, who's a veterinarian online. First, te took my text message that explained everything that I was going through. I texted him, he texted me back then JustAnswer was right on top of it, sending me text messages saying he'll get right back to you. And he did in a matter of a few minutes. He called me because I said that was my preferred method of speaking to him and he got right down to it. The whole phone call was probably four minutes. That was that and he told me what to do and it worked.

Michelle Grande: When I had my question answered by JustAnswer, I was so relieved and so excited and so happy. I felt like the weight of the world had lifted because I was so scared that my baby girl, my shepherd who couldn't get into a veterinarian and I really wanted medical advice. I didn't want to do anything wrong. So huge relief and joy when I saw my dog get better, which she did every day, she got better and better. Now she's completely healed and for her birthday, she has perfect health.

What would you say to a friend if you were describing JustAnswer?

Michelle Grande: I have already told friends and family about JustAnswer and how they should use it. And I've even talked to people that I've just met in the store and we've talked about the veterinarian shortage and how bad it is. And we've shared stories and they're just excited to try it.
