Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
MarcoM: Hi, I'm MarcoM. on JustAnswer. I'm a collectible expert, an appraiser and an antique researcher. I love helping customers on JustAnswer because I love sharing my passion for art and antiquities. When I see the same interest and passion in a customer, I'm really willing to go above and beyond to help the customers get all the information they need. And it's really something that I love doing and I love to see my same passion in my customers.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
MarcoM: Mostly the questions I receive on JustAnswer regard the value of items, their history, information about the maker or often they specific use. Sometimes customers have an item but do not know exactly what it was used for. And they, this is what they want to know and I'm very happy when I can help them, but especially, yeah, with history and news.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
MarcoM: I was lucky had many wonderful interactions with my customers. But I remember one in particular, it was almost at the beginning of my work on JustAnswer. And an elderly gentleman from Israel was looking for information about the history of an item that has been, had been in his family for more than a century. But he really wanted to know the history behind this item. And I was able to retrace the history of this item and the joy that this gentleman expressed and the compliments and the good words he had for me really moved me. It was an exceptional experience and I was so happy, not just for the good words and the compliments received, but the fact, but for having helped this elderly person to retrace the history of this important item.
