Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
Kim3m: Hi, it's Doctor Kim. I love helping customers for JustAnswer because, for me it's a way that I can actually help animals and help owners while not having to leave the home. So I can work from home. And even though I can still be useful. Also, I think it's super helpful that there's many things we can help you to resolve at home without having to go and see the vet because everybody knows that these days vet clinics are super busy. So when we can help you at home, that's gonna be easier for you, your animal and for the vets.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
Kim3m: We get all sorts of questions that JustAnswer. They range from diarrhea, vomiting, chicken questions, exotic animal questions. They're super diverse. So what we can do as experts, we can help you like, we can pick which questions we can answer, so you always find an expert that knows what they're talking about. What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
Kim3m: One of my favorite clients, they had some chickens and unfortunately they were attacked by raccoons. So they were in a pretty bad shape and unfortunately it can be very hard to find vets that will like, help chickens. So we managed to pull quite a few of them through, by helping them at home, helping them with their medication. They were updating me almost daily with new photos how the chickens were doing. And we managed to save quite a few of them. So that was a, a very good outcome for something that was a horrible ordeal for them.
