Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
John Peart : So I've been a service plumber for about 10 years. I got into it really to help neighbors. I've received a lot of help in my life and I got into it to, to help neighbors and friends, people that are struggling. So that's really why I enjoy helping people... remotely as well.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
John Peart : So I'm a service plumber mainly. So I answer anything from, why is my kitchen faucet only doing hot or cold? Why is my shower not working? Why is my water heater not working? I do a fair number of, well questions, you know why they've suddenly lost, well pressure and things like that.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
John Peart : I don't really have any one heartwarming experience. I kind of feel the same anytime I get to help someone, anytime someone comes back and excited and says, yeah, that fixed the problem. Especially if they've had other people in looking at it and have felt that they were not gonna be able to help and then I'm able to help them. That really makes me feel good. It makes me feel like I've like I've accomplished my goal of helping neighbors and friends.
