Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?
Erin C Lichnovsky: Hi, my name is Erin Lichnovsky. I am a mother of eight and I first started using JustAnswer a few days ago and I absolutely love it. I needed help understanding the difference between the cloud storages. I didn't understand the dropbox and the Google Drive and the iCloud and they were extremely helpful and I highly recommend it.

Erin C Lichnovsky: The thing that was compelling to me about JustAnswer was the fact that it was customized and that I was actually gonna be able to speak to a live person and not just AI, so I was really drawn to that and I could, I could explain my situation. And they took the time to answer it clearly. So I was really, really drawn to that. It's well worth the membership fee.
How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?
Erin C Lichnovsky: Each of my experts that have helped me so far just in the last three days have helped me tremendously. They have saved me a tremendous amount of time. One of them had to do with a really complicated situation with insurance claims and VA benefits and it was, it saved me a ton of time. They were able to help me organize my files and help direct me to the right places to find out more information. So it's, it was a big, big time saver.
What did it feel like to have your question answered by a JustAnswer Expert? (ie. relief, piece of mind, empowerment)
Erin C Lichnovsky: It gave me a huge sense of relief to have my question answered so quickly and so accurately. It gave me peace of mind and it really helped to relieve a lot of stress.
