Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?
Eric Seidel: Hi, my name is Eric and I was seeking some legal advice regarding navigating a difficult, legal separation divorce where I didn't have representation at the time or where I wasn't sure exactly how much I would need. That's why I sought out JustAnswer.
What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?
Eric Seidel: The most compelling reason for using JustAnswer is I don't have all my questions at one time. It usually takes a little bit of time to gather all of them. So when a lawyer says we're gonna bill you $300 for an hour and JustAnswer says we'll give you as many questions as you want for $60 over the course of a month. That's a pretty easy decision.
How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?
Eric Seidel: Although I got ho help from multiple Experts, the one in particular that I worked with was really phenomenal and I was able to keep coming back to them as a great feature that they had on JustAnswer, the ability to favorite someone. So it's not just some open forum that you're hoping someone will grab onto, you can repeatedly go back to the same person that you like and she always responded very quickly.
What did it feel like to have your question answered by a JustAnswer Expert? (ie. relief, piece of mind, empowerment)
Eric Seidel: For me, sometimes bad news is better than no news at all because instead of my mind firing in all cylinders wondering what the answer could be, at least now I have direction. So peace of mind, relief. Yes, that's all wrapped up into that. Just being able to know and have direction and being able to, even if it has five more questions spawn from that, I was then able to get them right back and answered by the Expert again.
What would you say to a friend if you were describing JustAnswer?
Eric Seidel: To describe JustAnswer first, I would say what it's not. And that's the current fad of chatGPT, AI, Google searches, referencing some separated article from five years ago.
