Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?

Eric Porterfield: Hi, my name is Eric Porterfield and I had a letter, come as part of a lawsuit that was being conducted, adding me as a third party defendant. And I had no clue what that meant. I had no clue what to expect, but I certainly didn't want to spend $400 - $500 getting a really simple answer, from a lawyer locally.

Eric Porterfield: You know, any online service can be, I, I think somewhat challenging in terms of making a decision about what you're going to use, especially when it's a serious. Eric Porterfield: I'll be very honest. I was skeptical going in, but once I had the chance to engage very quickly, I mean, I, I got a phone call almost immediately with, the individual that, that was calling me back. I not only felt better about the problem and understanding it but I felt more, equipped to take the next step, which is really where I am now with it. So I think that that's the key with JustAnswer is that it gets you some footing when you're feeling a little uneasy about the situation.

What did it feel like to have your question answered by a JustAnswer Expert? (ie. relief, piece of mind, empowerment)

Eric Porterfield: I think having somebody that you can simply talk to at the beginning of a process that's involving the law is empowering to a certain extent. But it really does satisfy that curiosity that is probably not all that healthy and that it, it, it creates some doubt and some apprehension and some nervousness. But this was, this was probably the most valuable part of the service for me.

What would you say to a friend if you were describing JustAnswer?

Eric Porterfield: When it comes to recommending services, I, I almost never do it. But after I got off the call, I almost immediately called somebody else that I knew was part of this situation that we were in and told them they, they've got to give them a call and I hate saying it that way because it makes me sound like I'm a pitchman for JustAnswer. But I'm just a guy who used the service.
