Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?
Elisabeth Corcoran: My name is Lisa Corcoran. I was looking for information. I needed a lawyer to speak for a legal matter. I was looking for information on how to handle an issue with between the landlord and a tenant.

I was able to find something online and just submit a question and it was a very simple process compared to researching, finding an attorney and, and scheduling an appointment for a consultation with them.
How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?
Elisabeth Corcoran: I found the process to be very simple. I was able to put in my question and the area that I needed support in and was matched up with a professional who was very helpful. The communication, even though it, it was through texting or messaging, I thought that was going to be difficult, but actually, it turned out to be very easy and the attorney was great at asking questions to clarify the issue that I was looking for support with.

Elisabeth Corcoran: It felt very comforting to have my question answered and feel like I had actionable next steps to take. And that if I got into a place where I didn't know what I was doing, or I had further questions that I could easily reach out to that same professional and get a timely response from them. So I guess I would say my, my feeling was that I was relieved and it was also nice that I was able to get an answer so quickly as opposed to having to wait for an appointment with a meet, an attorney to meet in person.

Elisabeth Corcoran: I think I would recommend JustAnswer to my friends because it's a service that's available that can connect you with a number of different types of professionals. Attorneys, veterinarians, whatnot. It's a very affordable service for something that is available all of the time. And I've had a very pleasant experience with it so far.
