Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
DustinH0614: For me personally helping people on JustAnswer as a professional automotive technician, and I have been one for 15 years. It's really fulfilling in the aspect that the gratification of helping someone else with something that they really don't have an idea about and having that feeling at the end of it with the conversation, knowing that you've made their life easier and you've made their situation much better than before.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
DustinH0614: The typical daily questions that I'll get on JustAnswer involve the mechanics and workings of vehicles. To give a quick example would be, I have a, a lot of customers that have trouble with starting their vehicles. And so I'll kind of give them a general idea of what possibly could be causing it as well as some simple, troubleshooting ideas to think of and use to potentially solve an easy problem.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
DustinH0614: If I had to pick a moment since I've been on JustAnswer as an Expert for roughly a little over a year now. One key moment that would stand out to me would be this young gentleman that I helped with an older model pickup truck that he had received from a family member. And when he got the truck, the truck had several problems and through me giving pointers and direction on what to do with it, we were able to get that truck running and he now drives that truck. So that's definitely one that really sticks out to me and he's, he's one of my valued customers. We speak usually on a regular basis up here if he needs help.
