Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?
Dennise L. Myers: Hi, my name is Dennise Myers. I reached out to JustAnswer because my mom passed away about four years ago. So I needed to find out information about her belongings. So we reached out to contact an appraiser to see if they could give us some help.
What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?
Dennise L. Myers: I just happened to stumble across JustAnswer doing a Google search and I chose them because I didn't have to try and take items out of the house. I could upload photos and they could be reviewed. Google makes it difficult because there's so much out there. So it was very critical that I got streamlined service.

Dennise L. Myers: I've actually contacted two different appraisers now. I've used the service twice and both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable. The interactions were very quick. I was very pleased by their knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend anyone using this service for this reason.
What did it feel like to have your question answered by a JustAnswer Expert? (ie. relief, piece of mind, empowerment)
Dennise L. Myers: Being able to ask the appraisers how much these items were worth or what exactly they were or what era they were from was very empowering. And it made me feel like I was gonna get fair market value for the items when I listed them for sale.
What would you say to a friend if you were describing JustAnswer?
Dennise L. Myers: I think I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I'd tell them about how easy it was, that the service is not expensive. It's very reasonably priced. I've already used it twice now since I've signed up and I plan on using it many more times because I have many items to still figure out what they are and, what their value could be. So, yes, definitely. I would recommend to anyone.
