Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?
Beth Nolan Conners: Hi, my name is Beth. And this is my dog Emma. Emma is four years old and she's a rescue. And last Saturday night, I realized Emma was chewing on something and she had gotten a chocolate chip cookie off the counter. Of course, it was later on a Saturday night. So I couldn't call our vet and I needed help because I know that dogs are not supposed to have chocolate. So I was in a little bit of a panic because we love our sweet Emma.
What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?
Beth Nolan Conners: So when I went to my computer, I saw that I had the option to text with somebody who was there right away and who could then listen to my problem and connect me with a professional who could help me further. And that appealed to me and that was JustAnswer.
How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?
Beth Nolan Conners: So I was told that someone would be with me in approximately two minutes and I had barely gone out to tell my husband what was happening. When I had a message that Doctor Jen was available to talk with me. Doctor Jen is a vet and I was, of course, very upset and I was crying and she calmed me down. I felt so relieved. She asked me good questions. She told me that, you know, she felt things were going to be ok, but that I should watch for certain things with Emma and I just felt so relieved and so much better and of course, you know, I was just so happy that everything was gonna be ok.

Beth Nolan Conners: I think the biggest thing I felt was relief and peace of mind, because I was so happy that, you know, I got professional feedback to know that Emma was gonna be ok.
