ThomasS1115: Why do I love helping customers on JustAnswer? Makes me feel still part of the industry I've had to retire and it's, it's nice to be able to talk to people and help them through their difficulties and their challenges.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
ThomasS1115: Having spent more than 40 years in the consumer electronics field, I spend most of my time answering questions related to televisions, internet, remote control setup, audio systems, the consumer electronics field mainly.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
ThomasS1115: What's most memorable about my experience with JustAnswer so far is being able to help people who cannot find anyone local to help them. I had a gentleman with an antique radio. I've had some real old, real nice audio equipment that people could not find local servicers for. So with my knowledge, I was able to locate service documents and talk people through repairs and that was a lot of fun.
