Sasaki Yutaka: One particularly memorable interaction with the customer was a situation where they were unable to receive a payment for work they had completed. The customer was feeling frustrated and unsure how to resolve the issue. I provided them with a solution that helped them to navigate the payment process successfully. Their relief and gratitude were also my satisfaction.
