Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
SCCARDOC: The reason I love helping customers on JustAnswer is because I get to reach a wide variety of people. I may encounter a former or "I'm another mechanic" or maybe someone that's stranded on the side of the road at two in the morning. So I love helping people and JustAnswer gives me a platform to help a wide variety of people.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
SCCARDOC: The type of questions that I encounter on JustAnswer range significantly. I may encounter someone like a farmer that's, the machine is broken down in the middle of the field. Or I may encounter a mechanic that has been working on a customer's vehicle for an extended period of time and have not been able to fix it. Or maybe someone that's working on their vehicle themselves that can't afford to take the vehicle to a mechanic. Or maybe someone in like an industrial plant that's working on a machine that makes metal or something.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
SCCARDOC: A customer that I will always remember that I encountered on JustAnswer is this lady that helped people with mental health issues. She said that she always went to Mcdonald's around four in the morning before the shift started to clear her mind. But this morning, her car didn't want to start and she was having a mental breakdown herself. I was able to help her get her vehicle back going over the phone and she started crying. And that's just a customer that I always remember. She's always helping other people and I was able to help her this time.
