RichardB0404: As an Expert in the consumer electronics category, I provide guidance and issue resolved from everything from a streaming app, giving issues, network modem router TV, repair diagnostic, all the way down to guidance for setting up a handset home phone. One of my most memorable stories is allowing and guiding someone to enjoy a subscribed streaming app. That way they could take part in enjoying their grandson's football game.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
RichardB0404: I really enjoy providing a service to a client in real time that normally would cost $150 or more for a tech to visit their home. By choosing JustAnswer, they are not only able to save that money, but they are able to have our support for as long as they would like.
