PaulA03091: I love being able to use my 20+ years experience to help individuals, whether they're your everyday person all the way up to an expert mechanic, come with, come with solutions to their problems in a timely manner so they can get on their way, get their stuff fixed and have a great day.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
PaulA03091: I get a variety of questions ranging anywhere from how do I get my car out of park when the battery is dead to I need to fault trace this crazy electrical problem that's happening, when I push on the brake, the horn honks, the windshield wipers go. To engine issues where I hear a noise, I don't, I don't know what's causing it. What do you think might be causing it? Or I feel this vibration or my check engine lights on. I have this P code. What's it mean? What could it be? And those are the type of things that I deal with on a daily basis.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
PaulA03091: I remember one of the customers I helped, was a lady who she needed some help figuring out something simple on her car. But she just didn't have anybody that she could turn to, to ask. She didn't have a son or a father or an uncle or a cousin. And so I was able to help her through with that and I told her that, whenever she needs a car dad to come look me up and I'll get her helped out.
