Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
NathanZ0808: I love working at JustAnswer because it gives me the opportunity to help people who otherwise wouldn't have anywhere else to go and don't have anyone they can call on to get expertise other than what they can find on the internet. And to be able to share what I know with those people in particular is really gratifying and it's just really heartwarming to hear how grateful they are.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
NathanZ0808: On JustAnswer, I'm taking a variety of questions on both the hardware and the software side. It could be something as simple as a password reset to something much more complex, something like a network or an email issue. In most cases, though, the user has looked for help elsewhere and they can't find it. So they're usually thankful to come upon JustAnswer and get connected with someone who can get to the bottom of their issue with them.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
NathanZ0808: My most memorable experience on JustAnswer was, I had an elderly customer who lived in a rural area and they had no ability to take their, their failing system to a professional nearby. And they, they were standing to lose about 10 plus years of personal photos, videos and memories. So even though it took a lot of time, we were able to walk through moving the data to a safe place. So it wasn't lost forever. And it was definitely worth the extra time invested on my part to know that I helped this person save something that they really cared a lot about. And they were very grateful.
