Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
NatalieE911: Hi, I'm NatalieE911. And I have been with JustAnswer since February of 2020. And I take great pride and passion in assisting all of my customers with great knowledge to the best of my ability and beyond. I am a research and general expert and I absolutely just love helping people, meeting new people and just, just being able to brighten somebody's day. Really, it just, it just keeps me going every day, year to year here.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
NatalieE911: So being an expert in the general and research categories, I think the biggest concern that we have from customers is that they are worried about judgment. We are very understanding and compassionate and knowledgeable experts that specialize in these categories for a reason. And we are just, we're not here to pass judgment. So don't be afraid of that, but a general category would be something like I need help getting to the airport. How do I get there or I need help baking a salmon. Can you help me learn how to make it? And then I'll give you all the instructions on how to make it. A research question would be something like I was friends with so and so years and years ago and I lost contact, but I only have limited information. Can you help me find them? So it's just a great pleasure to help assist each and every one of you truly.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
NatalieE911: I have had many memorable times with assisting customers, but I think the most that sticks out is a very recent one where I was originally assisting a customer with just helping her find a place to live that was within her budget. And our chat turned into a phone conversation which we ended talking for quite some time about different steps she could take. And where to go with her life. And, you know, it was really just a pleasure.
