Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
MarkC0413: Hello everyone, my name is Mark. I'm a licensed plumber. I've been for about 18 years now. The reason I love helping our clients on JustAnswers really, there's too many reasons. One, the excitement they get when they realize they saved a bunch of money and a lot of headache and the big thank you at the end of the whole thing. Man, that really just blessed my heart and it's just a satisfaction to know that we were able to help them, especially when it comes to emergencies. And that would be the main reasons why.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
MarkC0413: So the type of questions that we get really are a wide range of them. For me specifically go from leaky faucet, water heaters, toilets, all the way really to a full, um, working of a plumbing system within a home. From starting with the water sewer lines, drains, vents, schematics, all that stuff. And so, yeah, our spectrum really covers a lot and we're just excited that we could be able to help them finish those tasks.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
MarkC0413: The most memorable story that I had was actually recently. This particular client had an issue with the faucet. It was clogged up really bad and, I was able to walk him through that and it turned out there were just some cruds stuck inside a hose that ran up to the to the faucet head. But I'll tell you what, and they were so appreciative and you can tell they were, they were frustrated. You know, and I, and I get that, I totally do. But once we worked it out and we spent time trying to work out every single step, they got it done and they were so happy, so appreciative. So that's probably my most memorable one.
