Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
LegalExpert: Hi, I have been a proud JustAnswer attorney since 2008 and I've been an attorney for 37 years. I really love helping customers on JustAnswer, especially with legal questions because so many people have never used an attorney before and don't know how to access the legal system. I love to be able to help them with that.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
LegalExpert: I mostly get questions on consumer matters but also family law which means divorce, traffic, fraud, scams, all sorts of things. I, I love being able to help people with scams and frauds, especially, especially if I can prevent them from being a victim of a fraud or scam. So many people are taken in these days if I can stop somebody from being cheated. That's my favorite thing I do on JustAnswer.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
LegalExpert: A couple of years ago, I heard from a woman who was in her eighties in a very cold climate because she hadn't gotten her propane delivered for a long time and she was literally kind of freezing to death in her home. She lived by herself. It, I not only figured out why she wasn't getting her propane, but I managed to help get her to the hospital because she had pneumonia from being so cold. Her daughter flew in from the east coast, and everything came out alright. I was so very, very glad I was able to help, that woman and her daughter from, it was just a disaster. I, I can't begin to tell you how happy I am, I was able to help that family.
