Kentoii.IT: Hi, my name is Kent. I love helping customers because it feels great when you are able to share your knowledge and expertise with them. And also it gives me another opportunity to learn and to experience more new things in my field itself.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
Kentoii.IT: Most of the time right now, I answer software questions. I help customers on how to cancel an order, how to make a return, how to update information on their accounts. Also, I answer questions regarding, accounts where a customer wants to recover their password, recover their emails and more. That's it.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
Kentoii.IT: For this question, for me, I think having customers make an effort to write a good review on me must be my memorable and heartwarming story. For me, it really feels so great when there are customers who also appreciate my work and my patience. Thank you.
