JohnH0726: I get a wide variety of questions including safe locks, door locks, garage door openers, and even carburetor issues with small engines.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
JohnH0726: Well, one call that comes to mind was from a customer that was wanting to put a gazebo in a certain size space and he needed help figuring out what the manufacturer's measurements really were. So I was able to help him determine that and he was so appreciative because he didn't want to spend the money if it wasn't gonna work. So he was very appreciative and I thanked him for that.
