CarlA11271: I primarily focus on the phone call requests because they provide a more personal interaction and allow me to connect with people directly. The real time engagement enables me to address the questions more effectively and offer expert advice tailored to their needs.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
CarlA11271: One of the most heartwarming experience was when a customer had a question about their appliance that I was able to help fix without the need of part replacements. Their appreciation for my expertise made the experience incredibly rewarding and motivating. It reinforced the value of being able to help others as an expert.
