Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?

BillP310: I love helping customers on JustAnswer because I know how frustrating it can be, particularly for new RV owners. I've been an RVer myself for many years and have worked in the business for 30 years and I enjoy helping people how to learn, maintain and enjoy their RVS.

What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?

BillP310: I get many types of questions on JustAnswer, ranging from the simple to the complex. It could be something as easy as how do I get a new key from my door lock on my camper? Do something as complex as why is my coach overheating? How come my leveling jacks don't work? Can you help me get my slide out working?

What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?

BillP310: I've had many memorable interactions with customers in the three years I've been working with JustAnswer. One of the best is a new RV mobile technician who had taken training in a trade school with no other experience. I've been helping to mentor this gentleman and train him remotely, much as I did employees when I was still working at RV dealerships. I've also had customers reach out and tell me how thankful they were that I was able to help them get their jacks up, get back on the road, many such situations. It is a great service.
