Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?
Jeremy Brown: Hi, my name is Jeremy Brown and I was working on my daughter's car so I needed some very specific help with a 2016 Lincoln MKS. And the struggle was there was just not a lot of videos available out there, specifically related to the kind of technical side of the cruise control. And so I was able to find a lot of help.
What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?
Jeremy Brown: When I googled the problem, I got a bunch of irrelevant information. The same thing happened on youtube. I would get other cars with similar problems or I would get other, other problems with the same car, but I never got the same problem in the same car. And, so the idea of going to a mechanic was just seriously not even an option. I didn't want to pay somebody for their opinion and then for their expertise to fix it. I wanted to fix it and JustAnswer.com was perfect for me.
How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?
Jeremy Brown: My experience with the technician at JustAnswer was fantastic. He was clear, quick, it was a he an easy conversation. He asked me questions back and forth. There wasn't just some kind of basic AI answer. It was very helpful. He gave me very specific instructions including pictures where he had like hand circled areas on the, on the picture to help me deal with it. And then honestly kept the conversation open. So often that I honestly thought felt bad about ending a conversation. It was great all around, great experience.
What did it feel like to have your question answered by a JustAnswer Expert? (ie. relief, piece of mind, empowerment)
Jeremy Brown: You know, going into the whole thing, I had a pretty good handle or a pretty good idea of what kind of work I was going to be doing. But the peace of mind of having an expert, someone who clearly knew exactly what they were doing, tell me what to do, made me a lot more confident when I had to go take the bumper off and take this part off and get to it. It made it a lot, a lot more, calming kind of experience for me.
What would you say to a friend if you were describing JustAnswer?
Jeremy Brown: If I were suggesting JustAnswer to you mainly, what I would say is if you want very specific answers to very real questions that are going on in your very real life, then I would definitely use JustAnswer. If you wanna shoot in the dark, if you want to just try and guess at it, man, sure, I guess Google could work for that but JustAnswer was unbelievably helpful and very specific to me. I highly recommend it.
