Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?

Dennis Mincin: Hi, my name is Dennis Mincin and I live in Bellville, New Jersey. I have a 2015 Lincoln MKS four door sedan. And two weeks ago the low oil pressure light came on and that's a serious indicator that I might be driving without enough oil in the engine. So I took it to a Ford dealer nearby and they had the car six days without any diagnosis. At that point I knew I needed help.

What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?

Dennis Mincin: While the car was laid up, I was searching for answers as to what the problem might be. I spoke to some guys at Jiffy Lube that I know and they really didn't have an answer. So I knew I needed help. Dennis Mincin: I was amazed that the fact that the technician without having the car in front of him was able to ascertain what the problem was. And an electrical problem is a heck of a lot less money than an engine rebuild, which would have cost me between 8 to $10,000. Instead the repair was only $650 and, the repair itself only took half a day. So they had it six days to examine it and a half a day to repair it. And actually I just wish I could have brought it to David in California, but the bottom line is JustAnswer gave me the right answers.
