Cinthia Menutole: The most questions I get from customers from JustAnswer are related to identification of the artwork and provenance. The customers want to know if I have any information about art history, any knowledge I can share. They want to know the value and where to sell it.

Cinthia Menutole: The most memorable stories I have from JustAnswer are related to the surprise factor. Customers are thrilled with the possessions they have. They say to me that they want to keep their treasures, and they are gonna share what they have with the generations to come. And that's pretty rewarding to me.
