KyleM0906: Hi, I'm Kyle from JustAnswer. The best thing about serving our customers is that we're the reason behind people's satisfaction for the company and they keep coming back knowing they have a place they can trust to get the right answers the first time.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
KyleM0906: I'm an electrician that's been in the trade for the past 25 years, residential, commercial and industrial. I get to answer questions from lighting issues, to receptacle issues, to power issues. If the question you've brought me has wiring and electricity involved in it. I probably answered it.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
KyleM0906: I think the most memorable customer I had was a gentleman who was trying to finish wiring his receptacles in the kitchen before the Super Bowl got started. His buddies were waiting for him and could hear them texting him in the background. It was funny. We had a good time joking around and talking through the process as quick as we could so you could get out the door and get to the game and his buddies.
