Whether it be a manager, colleague or team, who are you grateful for at Juniper?

Rahul Jain: I am grateful to my managers, my leadership team, Mr Himanshu Shau Malika Jun and my colleague, AnAnd Bike.

Chandrakanth Gajawada: I would like to extend my gratitude to three people. One Saar Shekar, my manager uh in the engineering program management department just before the coo that happened recently, he believed in me in my capabilities and and my abilities. His role was pivotal in shaping the career at Juniper for me. He believed that I could try and he allowed me to do the initiatives that I was interested in. His support was always there. Even when I failed at those initiatives, I'll be thankful to you for shaping my career at Juniper Second, Ashwin, a colleague of mine at back then in supple organization. He's a fitness enthusiast and he has been a guiding light for me uh in my very inconsistent work routines. He did encourage me to get back onto the platform. Every time I went off course the last but not the least. I would like to thank my Toastmasters team. This is a place where I hone my communication and leadership skills. This is a place where you can try being responsible of something without any formal authority, which is very pivotal for us in our personal and professional life. And there's an opportunity where you could network with the people and talk to people from the diverse backgrounds.

Gokul R: Uh When I think of gratitude at Juniper, the first name that springs to my mind is uh Shruti. Uh She's my manager uh from the day I joined, uh she's been a pillar of support. I'm especially grateful for her guidance uh in my personal growth. And uh during my challenging times.

srivatsa vasudevan: Well, my current manager, Rona has been extremely helpful and I have learned a lot of things from her. I'm grateful to her. I'm also grateful to two of my colleagues, uh Gary and Tom Rankins with whom I work day in and day out during my shift.

Jolly Varghese: Of the many things that I am grateful for. I will put this first Nipa stands for integrity, commitment, taking responsibility, achievement, positivity, excellence, and more uh that I value alignment between my personal values and company values is the one thing that kept me engaged, inspired and motivated. Over the past 16 years, Juniper and my colleagues in Juniper played an important role in shaping my world view and I am grateful to Juniper for that.

Suhail Ahmed: Being in the organization for close to about 18 years now, I am grateful to Mr Varon Nayar, who is the VP of Global Business Services.

Manjeet Singh: Oops, I am grateful to all the people with whom I work with, including my peers, my team, my manager, senior management overall. Juniper is a great place to work.

Haseena Fathima Samas: I'm happy to be part of Juniper. And I'm proud to say that I'm a generator. I'm more grateful for my team that we have a team collaboration. And it's very helpful, even like personal and even for innovative ideas, mainly, we are able to mingle with managers and all the team members. I'm so grateful to be in part of uh my Aib team and working under the hubby. And that's um the team, the team individual, like not only like an individual, even as a team, it's a very big collaboration. And uh my team is a big plus for me.
