Jolly Varghese: Uh We started the council in September 2023 with the cross functional team getting together to decide on its charter. Uh The key drivers are the autonomy given to the council. The divers perspective that the team brings to the table and the collective wisdom that we used to solve the problems. The initial focus has been on Qins. The long term objective was to tie the outcomes of our initiatives to align with the strategic priorities of A ID one having customer success team as the pivot and use the synergy through cross functional collaboration to deliver a delightful customer experience, to create a platform where every employee in a ID. India gets a chance to contribute to the technical innovation in A ID. Three reinforce the four tenets of A ID through all the tracks.
