SANTHOSH KUMAR PRABHAKARAN: Hi, my name is I'm the internal communications partner for Uni India site. As part of the corporate communications team. I work closely with the I E C leadership team to deliver employee experiences and communications that engage, connect and inspire pride in juniper across our global sites. My focus on creating movements and contents that reinforce our vision, mission values and our o as well as promote an inclusive and diverse hybrid culture to make Juniper the best place to work. I educate and inspire employers through compelling stories, campaigns, wins and experiences, right? That drive employer to attract, attract and retain talent as well as grow revenue, work closely with the and all across uni we aim to strengthen our hybrid culture through various communications and events. It's a pleasure to be part of such an amazing organization that values its employees and promotes a positive work culture.
What's your favorite part of working at Juniper Networks?
SANTHOSH KUMAR PRABHAKARAN: Oh, my favorite part of working with networks is the sense of community and collaboration that exists throughout the organization. Everyone is passionate about their work and is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. You recently led the core team for Brainwaves'23 at IEC that brought together PE & DE's. What was that experience like for you?
SANTHOSH KUMAR PRABHAKARAN: Oh, leading the core team for brain waves. 23 IEC was an incredible experience for it was challenging, yet fulfilling effort to bring together the passionate and creative minds of our product engineering and data engineering teams. We worked tirelessly to organize and execute a successful event that celebrated our company's culture of innovation, collaboration and fun. It was amazing to see the level of enthusiasm and energy from everyone who participated. And I was proud to be part of such a fantastic team and core teams as a corporate communications professional, I always strive to create engaging experience and opportunities for our employees. And Brain wave 2023 was a perfect example of that. Overall. It was an unforgettable experience that demonstrated the power of teamwork, creativity and shared a vision for success.
