Anshuman Mohanty: I am thrilled to talk about a leadership council which is the brainchild of AIDE management. Our mission is to make AIDE the best place to work. This council is an unique initiative which is made by the people for the people. Creates an inclusive and collaborative platform to drive impactful initiatives. The scope of this council is to lead people focused and business focused initiatives. This also creates an opportunity for AIDE folks to lead and innovate. In such a short time, we have made a big impact. We are determined to make a leadership council a symbol of excellence.

Jolly Varghese: We started the council in September 2023 with the cross functional team getting together to decide on its charter. The key drivers are the autonomy given to the council. The diverse perspective that the team brings to the table and the collective wisdom that we used to solve the problems. The initial focus has been on Quick Wins. The long term objective was to tie the outcomes of our initiatives to align with the strategic priorities of A ID one having customer success

Jolly Varghese: of AIDE one having customer success team as the pivot and use the synergy through cross functional collaboration to deliver a delightful customer experience,

Jolly Varghese: to deliver a delightful customer experience, two create a platform where every employee in a ID. India gets a chance to contribute to the technical innovation in AIDE. Three reinforce the four tenets of

Jolly Varghese: the technical innovation in AIDE. Three reinforce the four tenets of AIDE through all the tracks.

Anand Vardhan : This initiative is about emphasizing and living the tenets of AIDE and Juniper Way tenants such as family 1st 24 hour rule for transparency team before is something that we see in action day in day out. This is ultimately about creating an employee owned collaboration model that is both agile and dynamic to cater to the evolving customer and business needs. And most importantly, having fun while at it.

Mohan AP: AIDE is an organization comprising of various groups. We want to create cross collaboration between each of these groups. It helps teams to come together, collaborate and share best practices. Even though the teams are focused on different solution areas. Cross functional collaboration is playing a vital role in educating learning from each other's experiences to serve our end customers holistically and eventually leading to happy customers.

Anand Vijayvergiya: Cross functional collaboration is the glue that binds together the diverse skill sets and expertise. Our goal is to create synergy through employee engagement. We'll keep it very simple and take up small steps that will enable us to the bigger goal. Things like ensuring everybody in the team is aware of the various expertise areas which are available around creating touch points where people can quickly connect to solve problems by reaching out to the right folks.

Bhavesh: With this cross function collab, we are trying to pool the resources and expertise from different teams leading to more comprehensive solutions and ultimately excellence in outcome. It's about leveraging the strength of each team and working towards a common goal. As an example, customer success is the front end of all the product issues. And with this collaboration and the help of the peer teams, we will be able to improve customer success experience as well as our products.

Manoj Gupta: OK. At AIDE innovation is increased by promoting out of box thinking. Innovation is not a one time action but an ongoing process to promote innovative Culture Council has a track for innovation and learning. Several events are planned such as brownback session, hackathon and patent mining.

Saurabh Ranjan: We have launched brownbag sessions where cross function team members can learn from each other and expand their knowledge and skills. We're also planning to initiate an open forum discussion with CS Q A to know our customers and understand their pain points so that we can analyze it further and see whether it qualifies as gigs to be solved within a group.

Pravas kumar Panda: Here in AIDE, we take three step approach for learning and innovation. At one we build and keep adding to our knowledge base on customer expectations on our solution and their pain points such as on boarding the device debuggability scale and performance resiliency and supportability and truly believe in experience. second, think beyond and innovate up level the problems and provide a solution to the complex problem, which is simplest to use. This is done through idea mining sessions, patent filing, review, the rejected patents and conduct Brown Bag sessions both within the team and beyond. Third, introspect note downthe learnings and go back to the step one to add these learnings to the knowledge base to ensure we don't repeat the same mistake again. Ever. One more last thing we always challenge ourselves in order to solve the real world problems to make it better tomorrow together as a team.

Ambarish Roy: Together as a team in AIDE, we are focusing on certain key initiatives for not just acknowledging our potential of a diverse workforce but also to reduce certain barriers that stop us from being more inclusive. We want to reduce bias and recruitment for which we are introducing a blind CV screening process that will focus solely on the skills experiences and contributions of a diverse candidate. We also want to have more women representation in our interview panels.

Samta Rangare: Our initiative success relies on members participation and we expect more and more people to join us in achieving common goal, inclusion and diversity. The aim is to further amplify the leadership initiative and ensure inclusion and fairness in the workplace.

Nithyau Ramkumar: As part of the diversity and inclusion initiative of AIDE. We have launched women in AIDE, the women in the AIDE will be a community of the diverse and inclusive voices in the AIDE. Empower the women in the AIDE to empower Juniper.

Vinod kumar: Hi, I'm Raynold. I would like to talk about the cost optimation initiative by the AIDE Council. Before this council, we didn't have a forum where we could discuss the needs of a cross functional team. By this initiative, we were able to share SRXS costing around 6000 US D and the lead time was almost zero. In addition to this, we have a new request coming which we are planning to execute by your task force going forward all the process of purchasing devices will all all follow a streamlined approach. Thank you.

Jolly Varghese: We had an action packed two months with phenomenal learning. We have a diversified portfolio of initiators and a strategic plan to rally around and execute. It is a testament that at the aide, we embrace change and innovate courageously in ways we work together as a team.

Thank You
