Sierra Pia: The biggest change I think that I've noticed in myself since working with Janel has been my confidence. My confidence has gone up quite a lot.
What was your biggest challenge before working with me, and how was it affecting your career?
Sierra Pia: Um, one of them was definitely more of a mindset issue. So really truly believing that I was worthy of that next step and worthy of being seen. Um, and then the second issue was more logistical, just understanding how to get to that next place, that next stepping stone. I'm a very organized person, but when it came to what do I say to agents, how many times do I reach out, how do I actually get there? I was feeling lost.
What specific results or changes have you experienced since working together?
Sierra Pia: My confidence has gone up quite a lot. I definitely am starting to believe that I deserve to be in those rooms and I deserve to be seen. I have an agent now, and that is definitely all thanks to Janel and her tools that she gave me to follow up with people and how to really catch their eye, um. And I definitely have been seeing a lot more shifts and movement in my career than I ever did before.
Why would you recommend me to someone who’s in the same position you were before
Sierra Pia: I think the biggest one for me is the fact that Janelle will always meet you exactly where you are, and she will always come to the table as a partner and a friend. I've never said anything to her before and been met with any kind of hesitation. It's always an immediate, I get it. I've been there before. Now, let's get you to that next step, because I know that you can get there. And she saw that I was willing to work and that's all that mattered. And ever since then, And I have been using so many skill sets that Janelle has given me, and I've seen a drastic change in my career. And anytime I give any update to Janelle, she's always like, that's exactly what I thought was going to happen. I knew you could. I knew you could do that. So it's always amazing having someone you can always go back to, have a non-judgment zone, a cheerleader, and someone who can help you always get to that next step.
