Jeff Irby: In the past, getting a customer testimonial was very challenging. You had to travel to customer sites and meet. Usually a couple of people went, you had equipment to set up and it took a lot of time, and then professionally, you have to edit it down and get it ready to use or post and whatever medium you needed. But today, with the desktop tech that's available to most people, what was missing is an app and Vocal Video is the answer.
How do you plan to use Vocal Video?
Jeff Irby: We plan to use the videos in three different ways. We're gonna use it to promote our customer testimonials through various mediums, and we're going to capture employee testimonials to help us with our recruiting. And we're going to distribute information to our partners to help them understand our business and use this dynamic medium to engage with them.
If you had to describe Vocal Video in a couple of sentences, what would you say?
Jeff Irby: I would describe Vocal Video as simply brilliant. Using a SaaS application like this to help us do a very difficult issue that we're trying to capture these testimonials. They've just taken out all the effort with logistics and the tech. It's straightforward, it's so smart, you can tell they've done a tremendous amount of work to make it simple to use. And as you know, making something simple is very hard. The quality of the product that's turned out is phenomenal. This is just simply brilliant. I am so grateful these guys created this applications. It's really, really helping our company.
Would you recommend others try Vocal Video? Why?
Jeff Irby: I would recommend using this tool because first of all, it's brilliant. It's been well built, it's thought through, it's got a great feature set. Second, it makes it super easy for us to collect the testimonial and it makes it super easy for the person giving the testimonial to do it. And so this is the easiest, fastest way to capture testimonials with a high quality product.
