What opportunities or experiences at JDXpert have contributed most to your professional growth and how?
Sahdia Weller: So there's a lot of cross collaboration and JDXpert, which is great because it allows you to increase your knowledge and then um understand clients from a different point of view. So for me personally working on the support tickets has increased both my technical knowledge and then also allow me to understand which areas clients struggle with. So in turn, what that does is it allows me to better serve the clients during the implementation phase.
In your time at JDXpert, when have you witnessed our core values making a real difference in decisions or actions?
Sahdia Weller: JDXpert has the best group of employees that I ever worked with. All the employees are customer focused and they really demonstrate the core values every day. But you can especially sense that grit and that passion when you see the different teams come together to collaborate, to work on a solution that really works for the customers.
Can you share an experience where you felt especially connected with your colleagues? What made it so special?"
Sahdia Weller: So it's hard to pinpoint just one moment where I especially felt connected with my colleagues. I would say every day, I feel so lucky to work at JDXpert because I know I work with such a great team and everyone is always helpful and I can always count on my teammates.
When you've faced challenges or frustrations at work, in what ways have your colleagues and JDXpert supported you?
Sahdia Weller: So I remember the first time um when I started at JDXpert in the beginning, there were some moments where I did feel a little bit frustrated and I ran into some challenges with learn the software. But I quickly learned that everyone at JDXpert is so helpful. I can't even count how many times I've had to reach out to different departments and I've received so much support. Um It's just amazing. So that's definitely one of the best things about working at JDXpert is that if you do run into any challenges or any issues in the workplace, you have a wonderful team to count out and everyone is always willing to um offer a lending hand.
