Speaker: Laura Kate Rodgers, Sales Development Representative
What opportunities or experiences at JDXpert have contributed most to your professional growth and how?
Laura Kate Rodgers: JDXpert has allowed me to grow professionally by allowing me to explore my own interests. I'm currently a member of the sales team, but I've always had an interest in marketing um and how marketing affects sales. JDXpert has actually allowed me to dive deeper into my favorite parts of my role and have been given opportunities to work closely with the marketing team. Um just to see kind of behind the scenes and see how it translates to sales. I don't think a lot of other places would have given me that opportunity.
In your time at JDXpert, when have you witnessed our core values making a real difference in decisions or actions?
Laura Kate Rodgers: During this year's all hands, we really honed in on customer focus, all teams across the org uh collaborated and learned the importance of customer success and support and how no matter what your role is at JDXpert, um We can ensure our customers are the main focus and that they're happy.
What innovative project or initiative have you been a part of at JDXpert, and how did it make a difference for our clients or the industry?
Laura Kate Rodgers: Really excited about this project. Actually, uh my teammates and I have been working together to create product tours or group demos. So more people can see what JDXpert is all about. Our first one is at the end of this month. So hopefully we'll see some success. Very excited.
Can you share an experience where you felt especially connected with your colleagues? What made it so special?"
Laura Kate Rodgers: So this is actually one of the reasons why I wanted to join JDXpert. I was fortunate enough to meet all of my teammates in a panel interview um during the interview process within five minutes, I thought, OK, this is it, this is, this is the place for me, this is my team. Um Of course, all that was confirmed once I was hired and especially when I met them all in Raleigh at all hands.
When you've faced challenges or frustrations at work, in what ways have your colleagues and JDXpert supported you?
Laura Kate Rodgers: I have incredibly supportive colleagues here at JDXpert. Sales can be frustrating sometimes. Um So it's definitely nice to have people across the org that I can go to when I'm frustrated and need help. Whether it be issues with my computer product questions need to bounce ideas off of marketing or even just need to vent to somebody. I'm very fortunate in that aspect.
