Speaker: Gary Honeman, Chair, Carroll Citizens for Racial Equity
What were you looking for in a speaker? Did Jordan meet or exceed these expectations?
Gary Honeman: Good afternoon. My name is Gary Haman. I've just finished up a term as the chairperson for Carroll Citizens for Racial Equity in Carroll County, Maryland. We had our annual conference this past June the 9th and Jordan was one of our keynote speakers. Jordan really wrapped up the day on a high note. He brought a lot of energy and information to the audience that they could take with them in the days and weeks and months ahead. Jordan's always been someone who is very genuine in terms of presenting his personal experience and communicating to the audience in a way that speaks to individuals and groups and provides them with some takeaway information. So in sum, it's just been a great pleasure and privilege to have Jordan participating in our annual conferences. And we look forward to opportunities for him to return to Carroll County in the future.
