Jerry Almonte: It's finally here. I'm so excited to talk about our Insiders Reward Club, a program that we've designed to ensure that we thank our nurses for their tireless efforts. Uh putting in work day in and day out to ensure that our patients are doing well. We believe that happy nurses equal happy patients. And so we've designed this program to thank you and to show you how much we value you through the rewards program and the rewards payout that we have here.
Jerry Almonte: When you take on an assignment with Jackson Nurse Professionals, you're automatically enrolled into the Insiders Reward Club. The way that it works is that it's based on hours worked. So from January 1st through December 31st in your 1st 1000 hours. Once you hit that mark, you get a $500 payout. Awesome. And then once you get to that 1500 hour mark, you will also be eligible for a $1000 payout.
Jerry Almonte: Not only will you get $1000 after hitting 1500 hours work, but you're also going to be entered into a giveaway for a trip that's worth $5000. I mean, come on.
Jerry Almonte: I am so thrilled and happy that this program exists and I understand how nurses really do go through a lot. So we want this program to be something that helps to reward the nurse to really show them that we care, that we value their expertise, that we value their professionalism.
