Caitlin Wilson: Hi, I'm Caitlyn. Um, I am a recruitment manager here at J MP. I have, uh, worked for the company for nine years. I am a mom of two sweet boys. Um, and I just enjoy, uh, speaking with my nurses and getting to know them.
Caitlin Wilson: I think the thing that I love most about recruitment is um kind of assisting people in kind of stepping out of their comfort zone. It's such a big step to become a travel nurse and um you know, go to a new facility every uh couple months. Um and I love being a part of that process. Um because I think life is a learning experience and it's, it's great to have new experiences and really go outside of your comfort zone.
Caitlin Wilson: I think impacting, um, patients' lives at the end of the day that maybe wouldn't have had that, um, that care from that traveler. Uh, I think at the end of the day that's what really brings it home for me. You know, you think about, uh, your family members that may need medical care and, um, you know, if they didn't have that traveler there, they may, uh, have had their staff that was stretched too thin and they wouldn't have get the, they wouldn't have got the level of care that maybe they, they deserved. Um, so, um, I think that's how, uh, it, it really can impact, um, everyone.
Caitlin Wilson: You know, we have one of the best referral programs out there in the industry. Um It's not a one time payout. Um You can continue to take advantage of that referral money for years and years for as long as you both are working for us. Um, and, and it's not just, uh you know, referring one person and you can refer multiple people and there's no, there's no cap on it. Um And, and I don't think that there really are any other um, companies out there that offer such a thing. So I think it's a great, um great uh easy way to make a little bit of extra money on a monthly basis.
