Katie Cantrill: Hey Stylists! It's Katie Cantrill from Sacramento, and I am doing your next Tips From the Top. So I have been with J.Hilburn since 2014, and many of you know I kind of had a slow start for about 4 years. And then in 2018, I really kicked it into gear, and that's part of what I want to cover is really looking back at what my pivot points were in my business that helped me grow my business.
