Tanya Hartman: Hi, I'm Tanya Hartman from Columbus, Ohio.
What difference has earning this trip made in your motivation and goal-setting for the future?
Tanya Hartman: This has really been such a difference maker for me, professionally, being able to goal set for the future. I mean, now that I know how incredible the experience is, I am looking at that leaderboard every single day. I, you know, I want to be at the top every single day. And is it always gonna be? No, of course not, but it is definitely motivating me to continue to stay on it. Stay in it every day. Work every day. Figure out how can I meet the goals that J.Hilburn has set for us to be able to earn the trip. And for me, once I hit those, I feel like I'm gonna know that like I've done a great job. And sometimes as a solopreneur, it can be really hard to know how well you're doing. And this just gives you a really great way to know, like, what does success look like. And what does success look like in the eyes of others. And that's motivating. In sales, it's motivating. And so I'm really excited to now have that fire lit, even if I can't go to Vietnam the next time, that's OK. I still want to be at the top of that leaderboard. And so my goals are definitely matched with the trip leaderboards from here on out.
