What would you say to a Stylist who is on the fence about pushing for the next Growing Elite: Vietnam and Hong Kong Trip?
Tanya Hartman: If you are on the fence about whether or not you really wanna go for that trip. I just, I say you gotta go for it because this is, this is a life changing experience for you and your business. You will have no better opportunity to make really deep connections within the business with other stylists and with the senior leadership team. And seeing what our team overseas can do is just it's, it's indescribable. I mean, if you are ready to take your business to the next level, there is nothing that is going to inspire you more to come back and like sell, sell, sell, than going on this trip. And if you're, if you're looking for a reason to get from a $100,000 to a $200,000 seller or over the hump in any other category, I just, I have to believe that this is going to totally change your perspective, even if you've been a J.Hilburn stylist for some time, you know, it's gonna be able to really push you to that next level, being on the trip. So push yourself leading up to the trip to get there. And like that trip is gonna be a rocket booster for you. I guarantee it. It already has been for me and we've only been back a month. I just, I could not be more encouraging for every stylist, new and seasoned to make the push to get to Vietnam.
