Tanya Hartman: Hi, I'm Tanya Hartman from Columbus, Ohio.
How did earning the Growing Elite trip impact your business long-term?
Tanya Hartman: I think the most important thing that earning the Growing Elite trip did for my business long term was it really for me solidified my place in J.Hilburn as maybe like a rising star or one to watch. Which for me, is really motivating. You know, I am not gonna be somebody who wants to, you know, win something early and then like never make it up on that stage again. It's gonna make me want to really continue to achieve at a high level. And, that is gonna, that's gonna impact my growth, I think, forever, you know. And, without having this trip really early on in my J.Hilburn experience, I don't know if I would have had that same fire to like get back up on that stage every single time. I mean, it's like a moth to a flame. I absolutely am so inspired and excited to continue to be part of the groups of stylists who are gonna earn these trips because those are really the stylists that I get to learn from about how to grow my business, and earn more, and continue to achieve. And I really think that going on this trip at this part of my career in J.Hilburn is really gonna be, when I look back, how my momentum really started.
