What surprised you most about the Growing Elite trip, and why?
Peg Albert: What surprised me most was how much we fit into the Growing Elite trip, meetings, meals, learning, factory tours, flights, boating, yachting, tours, the home office, palaces, and even encounters with fish, monkeys, sharks, and elephants. It was an incredible mix of experiences that made me realize just how much J.Hilburn and TAL are investing in us, not just to learn but to grow, connect, and strengthen our organization as a whole.
