How did visiting the factory (TGT) deepen your appreciation for the craftsmanship behind our products?
Peg Albert: We are custom made, but what does that really mean? How many hand touches and sewing processes go into making a jacket? Seeing it firsthand gave me a whole new level of appreciation. How many days is our product on the line? Who is behind it? Witnessing the skilled, dedication, and pride that goes into every piece was far more impactful than just hearing about it all these years. I was truly impressed.
