Joy Chang: I'm Joy Chang and I live in Short Hills, New Jersey.
What is one lesson or takeaway from this Growing Elite trip that will stay with you forever?
Joy Chang: I think one takeaway from this trip was just remembering to take time to celebrate your achievements when you hit your goals. I mean, obviously this was a huge, huge, huge reward for achieving my goal, but honestly, you forget to take the time and celebrate your accomplishments. You know, we just keep going, going, going all the time to the point where we just get burnt out. And this was a great reminder that, you know, you just need to step back sometimes, recharge your batteries, and It's important to do that because then you can come back afterwards, just feeling even more energized and and ready to be even better. And that's how I feel after this trip.
