What is your name and where do you live?
Jessica Richau: My name is Jessica Richau and I live in northern Minnesota in the beautiful lakes area.
How did earning the Growing Elite trip impact your business long-term?
Jessica Richau: One of the biggest ways that this trip impacted my business as a stylist was really the time that I spent connecting and conversing with the other stylists. All of our businesses are quite different. Different volumes. Different locations. Different clientele. But we were able to idea share with each other in a really casual but uplifting way in just ordinary conversation, whether it was on a yacht or at breakfast, or miles high in the sky. There were a lot of conversations that went on that maybe brought to light things that I wouldn't have thought about in my business. Sometimes we compare ourselves to that person on stage and think, well, that's not my business. That's not how my business works. But I think at the end of the day, we really have a lot to learn from one another.
