What is your name and where do you live?
Jessica Richau: My name is Jessica Richau and I live in northern Minnesota in the beautiful lakes area.
How did visiting the factory (TGT) deepen your appreciation for the craftsmanship behind our products?
Jessica Richau: Touring the TGT factory really deepened my appreciation for the products that we produce because the number of hands that touched each of those garments was really, really surprising. And not just the number of hands that touched them, but the number of times that they passed a quality checkpoint was really, really encouraging. When we order something, we have really high expectations that it's going to come in just the way that we want it to. And it was really, really impactful to see what all goes into that. Whether it is hand sewing in the armholes or the laser cutting of the lining and the pattern matching, every single touch point goes to another person. And every single person on that line is a part of that finished product and all the checkpoints that go along the way. It just made me really, really proud of how the finished product really is a work of art.
